Tail cord versus leg straps

Despite being quite dubious about just having a tail cord, and no leg straps , I am now a fan of this type of tail cord. It does it’s job even in very stormy weather . However, for the really big horses like my purebred Percheron a70 or 80 cm tail cord would be better . For that horse I have to join a 60 cm and a short one together
